19-year-old student dies after falling from train

Mangaluru: A 19-year-old student of a private college in the city died after falling down from the train on Tuesday August 16. The deceased is Sharon (19) from Cheruvathur, Kerala. He was a student of St Aloysius College. he commuted daily from his hometown in Kerala by train to Mangaluru.

The tragedy occurred when Sharon, who was standing near the door as was his practice, suddenly lost his balance and fell down from the train near Thokkottu, Ullal.

Sharon has left behind his parents and a brother. A case relating to the incident was registered at railway police station.
