26-year-old employee of City Centre Mall dies in road mishap

Mangaluru: A 26-year-old employee of City Centre Mall, Mangaluru died when the two-wheeler which she was riding was hit by a tipper from the rear.

The deceased is Shabana Khan alias Shabana Banu (26). She hailed from Batrakere in Permude. The incident occurred at Kenjar Cross at Bajpe on April 18, Monday.

The driver of the vehicle fled the scene of the accident. Shabana was on way to her place of work when tragedy struck. The tipper has been seized and Suratkal Traffic Police have registered a case.
