45 children received sacrament of confirmation at the Our Lady of Rosary church Kundapur

Kundapur, June 12: “Jesus was born for the sinners. His is merciful. Mercy means it is God’s visit to us. After the death of Christ, the Holy Spirit descended down upon the disciples. And they got new life and started preaching the gospel. In the same way during confirmation the Holy Spirit come upon us. “-said Very rev Fr Jerald Isaac Lobo, the bishop of Udupi diocese. He gave sacrament of confirmation to 45 children.

On this occasion, the parish priest Rev Fr Anil D’souza, Principal Rev Fr Praveen Amrit Martis were also present. The assistant priest Rev Fr Jerald Sandeep Dsouza was also present. Vice president of the managing committee Johnson Almeida, Secretary Felcian Dsouza, members, religious sisters and devotees took part in this religious ceremony.
