Mangaluru: It is finally out. Four time MLA representing Mulky-Moodbidri assembly constituency, Abhayachandra Jain has revealed that he will be supporting Mithun Rai to contest from Mulky-Moodbidri assembly constituency in 2018 assembly elections.

He revealed that he is willing to give up the chance to fight the assembly election for the fifth time in a row, subject to the condition that the party should issue ticket to Dakshina Kannada district youth Congress president, Mithun Rai.

Abhayachandra's stand in favour of the youth Congress has come out at a time when MLC and chief whip of the legislative council, Ivan D'Souza, has been trying to become official candidate of Congress for this constituency in the next assembly election.
