Ahaara Suraksha Maasa held at Valachil Expert Pre-University College

Mangaluru: Valachil Expert Pre-University College under the leadership of Chef on wheels, held Ahaara Suraksha Maasa (food safety month).

Chef on wheels explained on personal hygiene, time and temperature management, food adulteration and the way food spreads sickness. They created awareness on rural schools, hotels in the city and roadside food.

Principal Dr N K Vijayan released a pamphlet on safe food published by Chef on Wheels. He also distributed prizes to the students who won in competitions. The programme was held under the guidance of deputy manager Kunjabihari Panda.

Chef on wheels unit manager, Rajesh E T was present.

Chef on wheels quality executive, Jayashree S T welcomed and compered the programme.
