Ananda Swaroopa Guruji ready to undertake fast unto death agitation

Mangaluru: Ananda Swaroopa Guruji of Ganga Seva Mission has declared that he was ready to undertake a fast unto death agitation at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi in order to save River Netravathi.

Speaking at a function held to accord a warm reception to the ’Pancha Teertha Sapta Kshetra Ratha Yatra’ organised by Netravati Ulisi Horata Samiti, on its arrival to the city on December 11, Sunday, Ananda Swaroopa Guruji also described Netravathi as the Ganga of Dakshina Kannada.

He also urged the government to listen to the voices of the people who are opposing the Yettinahole project.
