Mangaluru: The lone BJP MP from Kerala addressed a gathering after releasing the 3rd edition of the book ’Aahuti - The Untold stories of Sacrifices in Kerala’, which contains stories collected by Kerala BJP workers about the victims of communist atrocities. It was organised by the Mangaluru Chapter of Citizens Council at Sanganikethana on Sunday.

Actor-turned-BJP MP Suresh Gopinathan. stressed on the need to end bloodshed - apparently referring to the ongoing clashes between activists of different parties in Kerala.

"Communism in Kerala was full of ’green’ and not ’red’, when I was a member of the Student Federation of India during my college days. RSS and the BJP cadres are disciplined and have kept their cool for the greater good of the nation, but the Communists in Kerala are weakening the life structure by their demonic deeds. This unrest, which has sprouted out of ill-reasoned killings has to be suppressed," Suresh said.

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel was present. The members of eight families brutalised by Communist party were the special guests. Also present were Yuva Brigade leader Chakravarthi Sulibele and Citizen Council (Mangaluru chapter) president Sunil Anchan.
