Mangaluru: Mangaluru North unit BJP President Dr Bharath Raj Shetty has demanded that Mangaluru North MLA Moidin Bava must be subjected to probe in connection with the Deepak Rao murder case.

"MLA Moidin Bava is alleging BJP's involvement and on the other hand Minister Rai is accusing the Sangh Parivar, while Kumaraswamy is blaming the BJP. Such statements would mislead investigation. Both Kumaraswamy and Bava must be subjected to probe," he demanded.

He said that a CBI enquiry must be done to catch hold of culprits. Corporators Tilak Raj, Ganesh Hosabettu and others were present.
