Udupi: BJP city unit has decided to protest with black flags when chief minister Siddaramaiah will be visiting city this weekend. This was decided at an executive meeting on Tuesday October 25.

Siddaramaiah is scheduled to visit city on Sunday October 30 to lay foundation stone for the new proposed 400-bed hospital to be built at the present government owned women and children hospital. The hospital will be built and managed under private ownership.

The city BJP unit has decided to oppose the privatisation of hospital and hence has come to the decision of protesting with black flags.
