Blood donation camp at crossland

Brahmavar: As a part of SAMSMARAN DIN, the death anniversary of the Founder of the institution Dr.C.T.Abraham, the NSS and Youth Red Cross of the college jointly organized a blood donation camp in Annexe,the college auditorium on Saturday, 12th March.

 

This is an yearly event to remember the sacrifices of the Founder of the institution, who always wanted to help the needy. 68 units of blood were collected by KMC,Manipal. Mogaveera Sangha, Brahmavar also supported the programme. Prof.K.K.Gurumurthy, YRC Officer and Mr.NaveenKumar, NSSProgramme officer took the initiative in arranging the camp.

The NSS and Youth Red cross of the college have initiated a project of helping an old couple without children in Chanthar village, whose house is in a depleted condition, to re build their house. The faculty, staff and students along with the help of philanthropists are expecting to complete the dream project.
