CPI (M) activist murdered in Kannur

Kasargod: In yet anothe political war in streets of Kannur, a CPI (M) activist was murdered in broad daylight at Kuthuparamba near Kannur on Monday, October 10. The deceased has been identified as Mohan (50) from Kuyichchal.

Mohan worked in a wine shop. A gang of miscreants who came in a Maruti Omni car entered the shop and killed Mohan. All of them covered their faces with cloths. Injured Mohan was rushed to the cooperative hospital in Tellicherry. But he succumbed to serious wounds.

CPI (M) has blamed RSS for the murder and called for strike in the 4 neighbouring grama panchayats.
