Catechism Teachers Day celebrated at Alangar*

The celebration began with the Adoration of the blessed sacrament at 7am praying for all catechism teachers

Then at 7.30 parish priest celebrated the Holy Mass thanking and praying for this year's 20 dedicated catechism teachers

Soon after the Mass in the mini hall, in the presence of the Parish pastoral Parishad members all the teachers were felicitated with a shawl, garland, memento, and a small gift

Sr Mable Pasanna HMR and her team conducted a small prayer

Mrs Mable Lobo, secretary of PPP welcomed the gathering, Mr Rajesh D'Souza parish convener of commissions spoke words of felicitation and highlighted their role and importance in the parish in forming the children in faith

Parish priest expressed his gratitude recognising their sacrifice to carry out this noble task

Mrs Agnes Dsouza proposed the vote of thanks and Mrs Gracy DSouza compered

All PPP MEMBERS AND 19 CATECHISM TEACHERS WERE PRESENT

SUMPTUOUS BREAKFAST WAS PROVIDED TO ALL GATHERED
