Congruence – 2018 International Conference on Global Management Myopia

The Post Graduate Department of Commerce, St. Agnes College, Mangaluru, has organised a two day International Conference on Global Management Myopia at 9.30 a.m on 8/1/2018 at the Conference hall. The conference was inaugurated by Dr. Femida Handy Director of Ph. D programme, University of Pennsylvania, Philedelphia.

The chief guest for the programme was Prof. M. S. Moodithaya, Pro Vice Chancellor, NITTE University. In her inaugural address Dr. Femida Handy spoke about issues of Myopia in individuals. The chief guest in his address reiterated the need for far sightedness for the management and spoke about Myopic views and its consequences in companies and among individuals.

The programme was presided by Dr. Sr. Jeswina AC, Principal, St. Agnes College (Autonomous) and Dr. Sr. Maria Roopa, Superior of St. Agnes institution, Dr. Catherine Nirmala Rao, the conference convenor, delivered the welcome address and Mrs. Dolan C Banerjee compered the programme. During the programme two books with ISSN and ISBN were released.
