Mangaluru: Kankanady Police have busted a prostitution racket which was operating from a building at Nagori on December 25. Three men were arrested and five women who were in the building during the time of the raid have been rescued.
The arrested men have been identified as Durgesh Shetty (46), Harish Shetty (38) and Manu alias Manoj (24). All of them hail from Farangipete in Bantwal.
The raid was done due a tip off. All the three arrested were produced before the court and remanded to judicial custody. Kankanady Police have registered a case.
