Elocution and communication skills development programme by Catholic Sabha Udupi Pradesh

Udupi: Udupi Diocean level Elocution and communication skills development programme organized by by Catholic Sabha Udupi Pradesh on 29-9-2017 at Don Bosco Hall Udupi. 125 winners of Varado and parish level elocution competition were the participants. Former president of Catholic Sabha and present All India Catholic Union state president Walter Cyril Pinto inaugurated the programme and president of catholic Sabha Valerian Fernandes presided. Convener Dr Gerald Pinto introduced the speakers and welcomed the gathering.

 

National Level JC trainers and Film and theater directors JC Basuma Kodagu and Dr Jagadish Jogi were the resource persons. They gave practical training on –How to prepare a speech, how to do away stage fear, body language, modulation of voice etc. It was well appreciated by the students and parents. Every student had a chance to speak and to come to the stage.

Secretary Jacintha Colaco proposed vote of thanks, Maxim D Souza compered the programme. Former presidents Elroy Kiran Crasto, Alhonse D Costa, treasurer Soloman Alvaris were present.
