Four injured after car crashes into pole

Kasargod: Four persons sustained injuries when the Alto car in which they were travelled crashed into a street light pole near Uduma Railway Gate on Monday morning. The mishap took place when a family from West Eleria was heading home from the Mangaluru International Airport along with one of its members who had arrived from the Gulf.

The driver lost control over the vehicle resulting in the accident. Faizal, Ayisha and two children were injured in the mishap. Faizal worked in the Gulf.

The car was badly mangled due to the impact of the collision. Bekal Police are investigating the case. Over-speeding is said to be the reason for this.
