Graduation day of S.C.S College of Nursing Sciences held

Mangaluru: The graduation Day of S.C.S College of Nursing Sciences was held recently.The programme commenced with the procession of graduates. On this occasion, the stage programme began with the invocation followed by lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the dignitaries on the dais.

Mr. U.K Khalid, Administrative officer, Karnataka Educational and Charitable Trust, welcomed the gathering. The chief guest for the day was Rev. Sr. Aileen Mathias, Chief Nursing Officer, Father Muller Medical College Hospital, Mangalore. She adressed the graduates and told them to uphold the values of Nursing Profession. Dr. Rajneesh Sorake, Trustee, KECT, was the presiding officer of the programme.

Prof. Mrs. Lolita D’Souza, Principal, presented the annual report. Prizes were given to the students who excelled in the academics. Mrs. Greesha Jose, Vice Principal and HOD OF Mental Health Nursing Department proposed the vote of thanks. Ms. Jyothi Priya D’Souza, Asst. Lecturer, compered the event. The students presented a cultural show on this occasion.
