Guest Lecture on Website Development and Hosting at St. Philomena College

Puttur: On 18th October 2014, Mr.Sumanth K.S, Department of Computer Science, St. Annamma College, Virajpet, visited PG Department of Computer Science, St. Philomena College Puttur to deliver the guest lecture on the Topic ‘Website Development and Hosting’. The program began with the prayer which was lead by first year M.Sc Computer Science students.

Campus Director of St.Philomena College Rev. Dr. Antony Prakash Montheiro, Co-ordinator of Computer Science Department Mr. Govinda Prakash and all the faculty members were present during the occasion.The first year Computer Science students have actively participated in the program.

Rev. Dr. Antony Prakash Montheiro during his talk enlightened the students with his knowledgeable words related to Communication skills and delivering capacity of thoughts and ideas into actions.He motivated and encouraged the students.

Mr.Sumanth K S started his talk on Website Development And Hosting and educated the students regarding the basics of website development and maintenance. He informed the students to create their own websites and also briefed all about hosting the websites.

At the end of the Program Mr.Govinda Prakash, HOD of Computer Science Department, presented the memento as a token of gratitude to the Resource person Mr.Sumanth K.S.

Mohith Gowda welcomed the gathering and Raksha proposed the Vote of thanks. Akshatha of first M.Sc Computer Science compeered the program.
