ICYM Moodbidri Unit celebrated Annual Day Celebration – 2019 on Sunday, 3rd February 2019 at 5:30 pm in Corpus Christi Church Grounds, Moodbidri.

The programme was presided over by V. Rev. Fr Paul Sequeira – Parish Priest, Corpus Christi Church, Moodbidri along with Chief Guest Yuvaspoorthi Rev. Fr Ronald Prakash Dsouza – Director, Jaison Leroy Pereira Shirthady – President, ICYM Central Council, Mangalore Diocese, Aneesh Lobo Kadaba – Joint Secretary, ICYM Central Council, Mangalore Diocese and Deanery Representative for ICYM Moodbidri Deanery nominated from ICYM Central Council, Mangalore Diocese, Frenton Irol Dsouza Cascia - Public Relations Officer, ICYM Central Council Mangalore Diocese, Francis Monteiro Siddakatte – President, Roydon Fernandes Paladka – Secretary, ICYM Moodbidri Deanery, James Crishal Dsouza Kadaba – President, ICYM St. Paul Eastern Deanery, Puttur, John Menezes – Vice President, Ronald Serrao – Secretary, Moodbidri Parish Pastoral Council, Sunil Pinto and Silviya Mascarenhas – Animators, Jevish Fernandes – President, Carol Rebello – Secretary, ICYM Moodbidri Unit were the dignitaries of the programme.

Jevish Fernandes – President, ICYM Moodbidri Unit welcomed the guests and the gathering. The programme was inaugurated by V. Rev. Fr Paul Sequiera and Chief Guest Yuvaspoorthi Rev. Fr Ronald Prakash Dsouza along with other guests by busting the balloons which was placed on the year of youth flex banner. Carol Rebello - Secretary, ICYM Moodbidri Unit read out the annual report of the year 2018 -19. Rev. Fr Paul Sequeira and Rev. Fr Ronald Prakash Dsouza addressed the gathering with a few words of appreciation and congratulated the youth of ICYM Moodbidri Unit for organizing the annual celebration. On this auspicious occasion, Rev. Fr Paul Sequeira distributed medical aid to a physically challenged girl named Shruthi as well felicitated the sponsorers for their contributions towards this event. Members of ICYM, YCS, other organizations and the parishioners put up a beautiful cultural programme. Special attraction of the eve was performance by Team Bindas Pernal. Carol Rebello - Secretary, ICYM Moodbidri Unit proposed the vote of thanks. Jane Rashmi Fernandes, Carol Correa and Joyston Dsouza compered the programme. The programme concluded with a yummiest dinner which was served to all the gathering. It was a fun filled day and a day to remember.
