ICYM Venur Unit organizes Shramadaan Programme

ICYM Venur Unit organized Shramadaan programme on Sunday, 29th July 2018. Under the leadership of Mr. Delson Dsouza - Unit President and Ms. Reshma Fernandes - Unit Secretary. Members of Venur Unit joined hands to render good service to the society like road repair and cleaning the bus stand. Due to heavy rain, Roads were damaged in front of Christ Raj King Church, Venur and the motorists as well the pass byers were finding difficult to travel through this route.

As a concern, ICYM members of Venur Unit took the initiative to repair those potholes by filling up with mud and stones and made a comfortable enroute to the travellers. Along with this the members removed the dust and dirt from the church bus stand and made it clean as it was a resting place for many travellers or passengers. With these good works they contributed a small amount of service to the society and received appreciation from the society.
