Idea 4G LTE introduced in Manipal and Udupi areas

Manipal : Idea 4G LTE is released to Manipal and Udupi areas by Sri Annamalai, Superintendent of Police Udupi on Wednesday, 30th March, 2016 at Country Inn International Hotel.

4G also known as LTE, Long Term Evolution stands for 4th Generation of mobile communication. It is the latest in mobile technology offering much higher internet speed.

Sri Annamalai said after the inauguration of the programme that indeed Udupi and Manipal people need fast internet services so that people can take advantage from the services which Idea 4G shall give to the public.

Ashok Gupta, Marketing Manager said that Idea 4G services first introduced in Mysore and then increased facilities to 61 towns of Karnataka state. He said that it’s time to explore a world of endless possibilities online as Idea 4G LTE services have just gone live. We are offering currently 4G LTE high speed mobile internet services across 7 circles namely Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Chennai, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana, 5 other circles – Maharastra, North East, Orissa, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh will be going live shortly.

Rajesh Patil of Udupi My Idea Mark Communications, Dr. Natarajan Director of TAPMI, Manipal were present on the dais.
