Initiation of Carmel Blossoms held

Mangaluru: As many as 25 students were initiated into the Carmel Blossom family under the guidance and presence of their animator Sr Livia, headmistress Sr Silvian, superior Sr Celine Vera and teachers at Ladyhill English Higher Primary School.

The students pledged their devotion and took the oath of being ever generous and ready to help the needy.

The day began with a thanksgiving Mass concelebrated by Fr Clifford Fernandes at the Annunciation Convent Chapel. The thought provoking Homily enriched the students on the importance of the Rosary and the closeness; one should have towards Mother Mary.

Later a get- together was organized in the convent were the students expressed their views and thanked the animator and the headmistress for organizing the Eucharistic Mass and helping them to follow the footsteps of the school patroness Our Lady Of Mount Carmel.
