Internet of things will be the life of next generation- Sridhara Bhat

Puttur: “ IOT will be the life changer of next generation and lot of exciting things are happening in the field of software and related fields which we have to utilize for the maximum extent” said, Mr.Sridhara Bhat, Senior Director, Cognizant Technology and Solutions. He was delivering a special lecture on IOT use cases to accelerate success at St.Philomena College, organized by Department of Computer Science.


IOT is an ecosystem where the various innovative gadgets which are converted into smart devices interconnected by internet and these gadgets are greatly influence the way of life, said Mr.Sridhara Bhat. He explained the application of IOT in the fields of agriculture, commerce, transport, education, health, and other wa-mlks of life.

Dr.AP.Radhakrishna, IQAC coordinator of the College, Prof.Udaya, Dean of Science were present. Ananya Kedila and the team rendered prayer, Prof.Vinayachandra, HOD, Department of Computer Science welcomed, Prof.Geeetha Poornima K, Department of Computer Science did the master of ceremony.
