Jovita Andrade, Vikas Prabhu and Philomena Gomes from Milagres College to participate at Republic day camp

Udupi: Cadet Jovita Andrade and Cadet Vikas Prabhu of Milagres College, Kallianpur have been selected for Republic Day Parade at New Delhi. They will be representing Karnataka & Goa Directorate as per the information given by Principal Dr. Neri Cornelio and NCC officer Lt. Mervin Dsouza.

      

Cadet Jovita Andrade, studying in I year B.Sc, earlier she has attended a National level shooting camp at Asansol, West Bengal as a representative of Karnataka and Goa Directorate by qualifying 4 camps in Unit level and Intergroup level. Cadet Vikas Prabhu is a student of II B.Com. earlier won the Best cadet Prize in JCBM College, Sringeri.
In order to qualify for the Republic Day camp both Jovita Andrade and Vikas Prabhu have cleared 6 Inter-Group level camps in a row.

This year, Milagres College, Kallianpur, placed a record the achievements of Cadet Philomena Gomes also. She has attended Thal Sainik Camp (TSC) held at New Delhi in the month of September 2015, after qualifying 5 unit and Inter-Group level Camps. Currently, she is a student of III year B.A. Principal, Staff and students of Milagres College wish them a bright future ahead.
