KPCC to hold convention on Sep 28

Mangaluru: Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee will hold a day long convention at Chaudayya Smarak Bhavan in Bengaluru, informed the interim district congress president, Ibrahim Kodijal at District Congress Committee office on Wednesday September 21.

Kodijal said, "The convention will be held on September 28. Zilla panchayat members, taluk panchayat members, gram panchayat presidents, panchayat raj leaders and Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee office bearers will be part of the convention."

Speaking on the recent development he said, "Leaders of RSS are again giving provocative speeches. We condemn this and urge the police department to take suo motto case against the people who give provocative speech. I urge all the leaders of minority organizations not to get provoked."
