Konkani Drama ‘Vinchavnh - Konachi’ staged at Madanthyar

On March 17th 2019, Konkani Biblical play ‘Vinchavnh - Konachi’ third show was staged at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church Campus, Madanthyar.

The play was written by Rev. Fr Alwyn Serrao, Directed by Christi Neenasam and Clenvin Fernandes. 18 priests from the Diocese of Mangalore acted in the Drama. Rev. Fr Basil Vas - Parish Priest, Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Madanthyar presided over the programme and addressed the gathering as well felicitated all the priests and technical assistants. V. Rev. Fr Bonaventure Nazareth - Vicar Forane, Belthangady Deanery welcomed the gathering and gave a brief idea about the drama. Nearly two thousand people, priests and religious were present and all had a positive impact and returned with a clear message.
