Konkani Literacy Campaign at Kadabagere

Published On : 16 Sep 2014

The first programme of Konkani Literacy Campaign series was organized at St. Paul Church Auditorium Kadabagere on September 14, 2014 by Konkani Academy in association with Catholic Konkani RakanSanchalan. People leave their native places and settle down in foreign places for different reasons and they tend to forget their mother tongue. They cannot use Konkani words in their daily business. So, this workshop was intended to give information about use of basic Konkani words, the numbers, and other things. This workshop was conducted by Eric Ozario, RonyCrastaKelaroy and Preity Lopez.

Dr. DevdasPai, the Academy Registrar welcomed all and VitoryKarkala presented the programme. StanyAlvaris, Navin Lobo, Sheldon Crasta co-operated to conduct the programme smoothly.
