Mangaluru: State President of JD(S) and former Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy held a press meet at Hotel Moti Mahal on Sunday. He said that that the police are creating fear among the women by entering houses in the night.

"If the district minister in-charge has sufficient proof and advises the police to arrest Prabhakar Bhat, the police should follow his instructions. Because without any evidence the Minister will not advise the police officers to arrest Prabhakar Bhat”, said H D Kumaraswamy.

Attacking Congress, he said, “In the BBMP elections Congress and BJP did not have the majority but with the support of JD(S), the Congress is ruling in Bengaluru. We have not said that we will remain as a slave to the Congress. In Gundlupet and Nanjangudu since we did not contest the elections, the Congress won in those two constituencies. CM Siddaramaiah had thanked JD(S) for not contesting in those two constituencies but now he is criticizing the JD(S). CM Siddaramaiah is the most communal Chief minister I have ever seen in Karnataka.”
