Kundapur Youngsters Have a Blissful Celebration with Elders

Kundapura, December 6: The Indian Catholic Youth Association of Kundapur Rosary Church celebrated a blissful event with elders. At the beginning of the programme, parish priest Rev Fr. .Anil D’Souza offered the holy mass with devotees, members of federation and about 80 elder members.

“Elder people of our family are like blessings to us. They wish for our well-being all the time. They raised us with their sacrifice. We have the responsibility of taking care of them in their old age. We have to give them respect and love”- Rev.Fr.Anil D’Souza gave his message.

Parish priest Rev Fr.Prakash Paul D’Souza delivered the introductory speech. Senior sister Maryse in her speech said “If we elders expect good from our children, we should raise them with good culture”. Parish Council president Johnson Almeida, secretary Felsiyana D’Souza, Very Senior citizen Gregory D’Souza and Philomina Lobo were present on the dais.

The president of the association Roshel Monis welcomed all. Asmitha Corea conducted the entertainment programmes. Secretary Rebeka Vaz proposed the vote of thanks. Co-ordinator Vinard D’Costa conducted the programme.
