Life Skills Training for Final Year Students

Brahmavar: Life Skills training for Final Year B.A and B.Com students of Crossland College were held at Crossland College, Brahmavar on 29th and 30th June respectively.

 

The UGC sponsored programme was organized by the Career Guidance and Counselling cell of the college. Dr. Robert Clive G, Lecturer-in-charge, coordinated the sessions.

Ms.Soumya Meria Samuel, Founder & Chief Story teller,INSTORI, Pune was the resource person for the programme.

She stressed upon the importance of self-awareness, stress management, effective communication and team management among others.

The students were exposed to the concepts of understanding themselves, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, resolving stress-related problems and working in a team through various exercises and activities.
