Mahesh PU College inaugurates Science Club

Mangaluru: Mahesh PU College here inaugurated the Science Club on September 3. Vishwas Kumar Das, trustee, Shirdi Sai Baba Mandira inaugurated the club.

n his inaugural speech he expressed that the projects of the students should be for the utility of the society. As students they should give importance to human values and lead a life like A P J Abdul Kalam.

On the occasion, Dr Ajith D’Souza, pricipal presided over the function and disclosed that they will come forward with at least one patent for our project by this year end. Their projects should not be limited to their college alone, but should reach each and every school. He added that these projects should be much more than a mere project. They should be a channel for helping the needy people of society.

The club has also invited children from various high schools to enrol their names in developing various projects such as robotics, drones, nano technology etc.

Hariprasad, academic head was present on the occasion. Sushil Kumar Rathi delivered the keynote address and Valentine compered the programme.
