Puttur 28 October: Mai De Deus Educational Institutions Puttur Voice in Koti Kanta Gayana as per the instructions given by the Govt of Karnataka with regard to create an awareness among the public in general and students in particular to nurture love towards the state language and literature that is Kannada. Students of St Philomena College took the lead role and more than 5000 students, Staff, and Parents of Mai De Deus Educational Institutions Puttur participated in this grand inspirational event which reflected the love for Kannada language.

 

Students of all seven Educational Institutions took the lead role under the guidance of Prashanth Rai, Assistant Professor, Dept of BBA, St Phimomena College Puttur. The entire population at that moment in the St Philomena College Grounds collectively rendered six Kannada songs directed by the Dept of Kannada and Culture, Govt of Karnataka.
