Bengaluru: Karnataka state government has appointed Mangaluru based Marcel Monteiro, as the member of state minority commission with immediate effect. The appointment is made as per Karnataka government ministry notification dated June 6, 2016.
Marcel Monteiro was a member of Mangaluru university syndicate. He was the president of Rachana organization and is the public relations officer of Mangaluru doicese.
