NCC activities inaugurated at St Agnes College

Mangaluru: The NCC, Army and Air Wing of St Agnes College (Autonomous) here, marked the beginning of this year with a beautiful orientation and oath taking ceremony on July 28.

Col Regi Philipose, commanding officer of 18 Kar BN, Mangaluru was the chief guest. Sr Dr M Jeswina AC, principal, St Agnes Degree College and Sr M Shamitha AC, principal, St Agnes PU College presided over the programme.

As many as 56 students took oath as NCC cadets administered by the Col Regi Philipose. Lt Col Gracian Sequeira, administrative officer of 18 Kar BN, Mangaluru was present during the programme.

The event was co-ordinated under the aegis of Dr R Nagesh, NCC co-ordiator, Gayathri, ANO of Army Wing and Tressie Menezes, PU NCC in-charge.

CSUO Gremsy Sequeira compered the programme. All the cadets took an active part in the programme.
