Naresh Shenoy's bail plea rejected

Mangaluru: The state High Court, which has been hearing a petition seeking anticipatory bail filed by Naresh Shenoy, has rejected the bail application. Naresh is main accused in the case of murder of RTI activist, Vinayak P Baliga, who was murdered on March 21 this year.

Advocate Shyam Sundar had presented arguments on behalf of his client Narendra Shenoy.

On behalf of victim Vinayak Baliga’s father, Ramachandra Baliga, advocate Raveendranath Kamath had argued the case while the government was represented by advocate Nawaz.
