Orientation on CBSS at St Philomena College Puttur

Puttur: IQAC and CC and EC Cell of St Philomena College Puttur have organized an Orientation Programme on Credit Based Semester Scheme of Mangalore University on July 11, 2017 in college auditorium. Prof. Dinakara Rao, Associate Professor of Economics was the resource person. Speaking on the CBSS he said, ‘Education should bring an overall development of body, mind and soul.’

Prof. Leo Norohna, Principal of the college presided over the function. Dr. A P Radhakrishna, Convenor of IQAC and Coordinator of certificate courses welcomed the gathering and briefed about various certificate courses offered during this academic year.

The conveners of various functional units gave a detailed note of the activities to be conducted. Then all the first year Degree students have submitted their application forms for CC and EC activities. Prof. Udaya K, Convenor of CC and EC Cell coordinated the programme.

Ms. Sahana Rao performed the prayer. Assistant Professor Mr. Prashanth Rai compered the programme.
