PU student dies in accident

Puttur: A first PUC student was killed and three others sustained serious injuries in a head-on collision between two bikes at Kodineeru in Narimogaru village on Saturday morning.

The collision took place between TVS Apache bike and Bajaj Platina bike. The deceased youngster is Mohammad Anas, son of Sulaiman. He was a student of Savanoor Vidya Rashmi College.

Another student, Asif who has sustained serious injuries has been admitted to a private hospital in Mangaluru while two other injured students Ashok and Vishwanath have been hospitalised in Puttur.
