Mangaluru: Tirangaa is an inter-school platform for children to compete and exhibit their skills. Tirangaa was held on August 20 at Manipal School managed by Pearson Schools, part of the world’s leading learning company, Pearson.

The theme for this year was visual and performing arts of India and the schools chose to celebrate the spirit of freedom by celebrating the arts. To be free is to create without inhibition, and to be able to live and love what we create. Art, in all its creations is an embodiment of the very spirit of freedom.

The chief guest for the fest was Natyakalanidhi Vidushi, Sulochana V Bhat of Nupura Academy of Music and Dance, from the city.
