Personality development programme held at University College

Mangaluru: A personality development programme was recently conducted successfully by the department of post graduate students in Commerce and alumni association of the department.

Dr Uday Kumar M A, principal, University College here motivated the students saying, “Failure is the step for success."

Dhanya Shet, resource person and alumni of the department suggested that students develop listening skill, leadership qualities, social skills, communication, confidence, optimism and passion for work.

Dr A Siddiq, voordinator, department of PG Studies in Commerce said, "The college plays an important role in the personality development of students. It is needed for students to survive in this competitive world. Students of the previous MCom batch, Krithika welcomed the gathering, Akshatha mastered the ceremony, Punya proposed the vote of thanks.
