Police Commissioner T R Suresh imposes prohibitory order under Sec 35

Mangaluru: Police Commissioner T R Suresh has again imposed prohibitory orders under Section 35 of Karnataka Police Act 1963 in the jurisdiction of Mangaluru Police Commissionerate from 10 a.m. on August 2 to the midnight of August 8.

All acts of the public utterance of cries, singing songs, playing music, use of gestures, exhibition or dissemination of objects such as placards and pictures which may affect public order would stand prohibited.

The orders imposed under the same Act earlier were in force till the midnight of July 30.
