Puttur: Karnataka high court stayed an order from DK DC to close a liquor shop functioning on government land last month. The court has stayed DC’s order for six weeks and following the stay order the liquor shop has reopened on Sunday.

DK DC recently issued an order to close the shop immediately following the pressure from the public. The concerned authorities sealed the shop following order from DC.
