A special assembly was conducted by the teachers to avoid using plastic bags.

Students made paper bags and cloth bags with the aim to sensitise children about banishing the use of plastic. It was also aimed to reinforce three R’s – Reduce Reuse and Recycle.

Grade 1 and 2 made handmade paper folders. While grade 3 and 4 made pen holders of paper.

Principal Deirdra Maben urged students to maintain a plastic free campus and create a pollution-free environment to maintain the quality of life.
