St. Joseph High-School Bagged Third Place in District Level Craft-Competition

Kundapura: The district level vocational education exhibition, organized by Department of Public Education, Udupi district was held recently at women’s DIET (training centre) college, Udupi.

 

The contest was very competitive. Total 41 government and granted high-schools of Udupi district participated in the competition. St.Joseph high-school of Kundapur won the third place with trophy, certificate and cash prize.

Children prepared attractive craft items with the co-operation of their craft teachers. The exhibition of these creative craft items, prepared by children was held on February 2nd at St.Joseph high-school auditorium for public viewing.

Head mistress sister Apoline D’souza expressed her joy for achieving third place in the district level competition. “Our children achieved this prize by preparing these items with great interest within one month”-said the Craft teacher Celine D’Souza and expressed her happiness.
