St Philomena College Puttur bagged championship in State level Fest

Puttur: The Economics students of St Philomena College Puttur emerged as overall champions at a State level Inter-collegiate Fest ‘ECONOVANZA-2017’ organized by Department of Economics, St Aloysius College (Autonomous) Mangalore on August 10, 2017.

 

The students have exhibited a great show in all the nine events, namely, wealth of waste, essay writing, quiz, collage, turncoat, budget preparation, advertising, elocution and fashion show. In wealth out of waste, Edal Lobo and Fathima Faiza have won the first prize. In essay writing, Joshila Menezes secured the second prize. In quiz, Nidhisha Acharya and Apoorva have secured the second prize. Mrs. Harshitha P V, Asst. Professor, Department of Economics coordinated the team.

The Principal Prof. Leo Noronha congratulated all the members of this team for securing the overall championship.
