Student cabinet at St Mary’s PU College inaugurated

Mangaluru: The student cabinet of St Mary’s PU College for the academic year 2018-19 was formally inaugurated in the college auditorium recently.

The ceremony began with a prayer song. The oath of office for the student cabinet, class representatives and their assistants was administered by Sr Rachana, the principal of the college. Sr Gloria, joint secretary of St Mary’s Institutions was the chief guest on the occasion. The joint secretary gave a message asking the cabinet to create harmonious working atmosphere by motivating and encouraging students to dream and aspire for a better future.

The newly elected cabinet members are Maryam Azra Misbah, student president, Fathima Shaushan, secretary, Aysha Shirin and Fathima Israh, science secretary, Fhaimaand Aysha Zaheena, social service club, Thanvika Shetty and Naila Abdul Nasser, peace club, P Nafisa Hiba and Shubha S, eco club, Pavithra, sports, Khathija Nishma and Mokshitha, commerce secretary, Edel Madonna Ferrao, value education, Aysha Safana, discipline, Hiba Jameela, cultural secretary, and Aryasree M and Rabiya Banu, arts secretary.
