To get justice for Dr. Sharath Kumar Rao. Brahat procession to be held on 19th Oct.

Udupi: To support for Dr. Sharath Kumar Rao suspended doctor of the Government Hospital of Blood Bank department to get justice , Brahat Jatha procession will be organized at Udupi on Sunday, 19th October, 2014.

The procession will start from Clock Tower near Service Bus Station, Udupi at 10.30 am. The procession will be organized by Udupi Public Forum supported by various organizations moving from Clock Tower to K. M. Marg, Diana Circle, Court Road to MLA office near Taluk Panchayat to give the memorandum to the Pramod Madhwaraj local MLA. And then procession proceeded towards District Surgeons office at District Hospital to give the memorandum to District Surgeon. From around 1pm public meeting will be conducted at Bhujanga Park and to take measures against illegal and unconstitutional suspension of Dr. Sharath Kumar Rao.

During the press meet at Udupi press club, Rev Fr. William Martis said that the procession will be non political one and ask support from members of public, members of various organizations, media persons and others to demand the justice for Dr. Sharathkumar Rao and condemn sustained human right violation against Sharath Kumar Rao J. During the press meet along with Rev Fr. William Martis, Dr. P. V. Bhandary, VHP leader Baikady Suprasad Shetty, Social workers Vishu Shetty Ambalpady, Bhaskar Rai and others were present. Public can send a message “We demand justice for Dr. Sharath Kumar Rao J.
