Tulu movie 'Pavitra' to hit screens this month

Mangaluru: Tulu film 'Pavitra - Beedida Ponnu', produced under the banner of Sri Indira Movies by Anantarama Rao Yermal from Chennai, is all set to hit theatres in January.

The movie has been directed by Nagavenkatesh. The movie has been shot in various locations like Yermal, Kaup, Kulur, Haleangady and Mangaluru in 23 days. The movie has 5 songs, with music by Risel Sahi.

Chirashree Anchan ,Navin D Padil, Bhojaraj Vamanjur, Arvind Bolar, Umesh Mijar, Shobha Rai, Vidya, Supritha, Deepika and Ranjitha Shet are seen in pivotal roles. The story is written by Anant Ram Rao Yermal, who is also the producer of this film, while the dialogue is penned by co-director Ranjith Suvarna Kulur. Executive producer is Chidambaram, cameraman is J J Krishna, and lyrics are by Ranjit Suvarna Kulur and Praveen Thokkotu.
