Udupi: Udupi District is now stronghold of BJP. The result of the elections of ZP and TP has proved that BJP’s performances in the Udupi district are first in the State. We won in the Lok sabha elections. Udupi district is the secured place for the BJP. I feel proud that Udupi District is doing well in the elections, said Tingale Vikramarjuna Hegde, President of Udupi district BJP committee.

He was speaking to media persons at BJP office in Udupi that in all three districts BJP won with more seats. Those lost seats of BJP in district with no such larger margin to opponents. In Karkala taluk, we won in hat trick. Due to the sincerity in the party workers we won more seats in the district, he said.

The Congress in the district had given false promises which literate district understood better. Vinay Kumar Sorake, District in charge Minister had indulged false blame on Shobha Karandlaje. The people of district do not believe in promises made by the congressmen especially district in charge minister Vinay Kumar Sorake. We will work for the people with responsibility. He asked district in charge Minister to show the responsibility. Our party workers are prepared to make role model district in the state, he added.

Regarding corruption in the Kollur temple, the district administration should resolve the problem of corruption in the temple. Meanwhile, being an district in charge Minister, Vinay Kumar Sorake should show his interest in solving the corruption in the Kollur temple.
