Unidentified men open fire at jewellery store in Puttur

Puttur: Two unidentified persons came on a bike and opened fire at a jewellery store on Tuesday October 6 late evening. The men shot at Rajdhani Jewellers, owned by Tanaaz and located in CPC Plaza here.

The men opened one round of fire while passing the jewellery store on their bike. They then returned the same way and shot at the store again. The bullets damaged the glass pane on the front side of the store. No injuries were reported.

Puttur town police arrived at the spot and registered a case.
