University level late Very Rev Fr. D'Cruz memorial competitions inaugurated at Milagres College, Kallianpur

Udupi: Science Association of Milagres College Kallianpur, organized Late Very Rev Fr. D’Cruz Memorial Inter Collegiate University level competitions at Milagres College Silver Jubilee Hall on Tuesday, 9th February, 2016.

The programme began with an invocation prayer. Dr. Surekha Bhat welcomed the gathering. Dr. Srivathsa, chief guest inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp.

After inaugurating the occasion, Prof. Dr. Srivathsa, Dept. of Mathematics, MIT Manipal said that participation in seminars is not so easy. Seminars would be source for the development of personality and other grounds. We have to move in right side, so as to get scope for the development of various resources.

Dr. Nery Cornelio, Principal of Milagres College, presided the occasion. Dr. Gerald Pinto, Dean of Science Faculty and HOD of Physics, Mrs. Chaya, Research Scholar in Physics, MIT, Manipal, Dr. Surekha Bhat, Convener of competitions, Milagres College, Royston D’Souza, President and Sylvina Aquinus Secretary of Science Association were present on the dais.

Dr. Nery Cornelio gave his presidential address. Sindhura Rao, Faculty of Science delivered vote of thanks. Sr. Amala, Nisha and others compered the programme.
